Conversational Enrollment

I had the opportunity to work on a conversational experience for onboarding new users into the Care.com platform. As a proof of concept we are testing this new approach to app enrollment on a finite portion of the flow (between vertical selection and account creation). I worked on the UX by facilitating a design thinking workshop and helping the team to generate a fully interactive prototype using a bot building platform for user testing. I also worked on the UI interaction design as well as bot personality and branding.
