The members on our platform are the heart of our product so it’s incredibly important that their photos telegraph quality, trust, and confidence in the experience. We observed that user profile photos are at a much poorer quality than would be expected from a modern platform, potentially undermining the sense of trust and quality that should be conveyed when connecting families with caregivers for their loved ones. This project was a design and development led inquiry into how we might leverage technology and interface design to help solve that problem.
I led the ideation, strategy, research and design for the app across its iOS Android and platforms for features that will be directly leveragable across platforms. Case study available upon request.
