Was the Design Director for the Read Only Chart initiative, focusing on creating a read-only version of the Athena Clinical EHR. The objective was to provide physicians in hospital settings with access to critical patient information, even without full Athena credentials.

Led a comprehensive discovery initiative to understand and validate the specific needs of enterprise clients. Organized and moderated collaborative design thinking and co-creation sessions, identifying a single-page layout for the multi-tab clinical chart that maximizes utility in high-stress environments.

Provided design direction to a top-tier product designer, resulting in a well-received product proposal for the single-page layout that addressed the unique challenges faced by physicians in hospital settings.

Led the expansion of the Foundation mobile design system to React, catering to desktop use cases. This expansion prepared for an Android version of the iOS-only AthenaOne Mobile app, proposing a fully responsive solution for a more elegant and extensible user experience.

Despite the initial proposal for a fully responsive solution, a strategic shift led to the decision to build a desktop-only MVP feature. This was to better support other internal usages, ensuring a focused and impactful implementation.
